Sanford L. Severin, MD is a practicing ophthalmologist in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is ninety years old, and advocate for senior health. A former U.S. Air Force physician at the School of Aviation Medicine, Dr. Severin evaluated astronaut candidates during the dawn of America’s space program. His lifelong dedication to health and vitality inspired the creation of this six-step program, adapted from his work with TriEnergetics, an integrated health model he co-developed with his son, Dr. Todd Severin.
When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Severin remains a passionate advocate for helping seniors live longer, stronger, and happier lives.
